OB - The paddle out is half the fun....
Ocean Beach - San Francisco
OB is one of the crown jewels of Bay Area surf. When it hits, it really hits and when it's stormy, it can give you a real beating. Big OB can be intimidating to beginners with thick, powerful and deceptively fast breaking waves.
When it hits 10 feet or more, OB can give you all the rush you need. Here's some summer and fall pictures of Ocean Beach. I'll be out this winter to get mo' betta photos of the bigger season.
