The Carmel, Monterey and Big Sur coastal areas provide a haven for many local surfers. Carmel Beach is a common spot since it's a beautiful white sand beach and it's right at the end of Carmel-by-the-Sea. As you can see there's some nice little barrels there too as local Rich "Rat Dog" Mosley catches a perfect small tube and takes a little off the top.....
